Production Space

Filmmakers of Toronto, Yap Films is renting out office space in Riverdale.
Due to the uptick of remote work, we have found ourselves with some extra elbow room in our offices.
Located at the corner of Broadview and Dundas, where we are serviced by the 501, 504, 505, 506 & 301 streetcars.

Furnished with 5’x2’ restored vintage Knoll desks & chairs, the rental includes access to a fully stocked shared kitchen, outdoor patio space, 4x 2-piece bathrooms located on the lower level and bi-weekly cleaning services. Based on the size of your production, you can rent out between 1-9 desks.

Office is code-access only, accessible 24/7. We are conveniently located between Queen St. East and Carlton St., with tons of bakeries, coffee shops and lunch spots to choose from including the landmark itself, the Broadview Hotel.

In addition if your production needs post services, Noodle Factory Post is an accredited post-production facility located on the lower level of the building.
